Metal 3D printing technical parameters
1. Maximum molding printing size of metal 3D printer: 250x250x325mm;
2, 3D printing layer thickness: 0.02mm~0.04mm;
3, 3D printing accuracy: typical accuracy: ± 0.02-0.05mm (accuracy is related to geometric shape.Vary according to product size, printing direction, material and post-processing method.;
4, later processing: high temperature annealing, polishing, welding and other processing;
3D printed material characteristics
3D-printed metal powder NickelAlloy NickelAlloy IN718 corresponding chemical composition: FS GH3536, AMS 5662, AMS 5664, W. NR 2.4668, DIN NiCr19Fe19NbMo3.This precipitated, hardened Ni-Cr alloy is characterized by good tensile, fatigue, creep and fracture strength at temperatures up to 700°C (1290°F).
This material is ideal for high temperature applications, such as aerospace rocket missile gas turbine engine parts, chemical, oil well, petroleum, and natural gas industrial parts, power and industrial parts etc. It also has good potential for low temperature applications.
Nickelalloy IN718 materials 3D printed parts can be easily hardened by precipitation hardening heat treatment.Can be machined, EDM etched, welded, micro-peened, polished and coated.As a result of the layered construction method manufactured, the components have a certain XYZ axis anisotropy – see the technical data for examples.
